Welcome to 'Dig and Find'...

...a Metal Detecting Club established circa 1984 in the Daytona Beach area. Our website is kind of new, but we will work toward increasing our content and have frequent updates and features in the future. Our goal is to continue to make 'Dig & Find' one of the best club sites out there. Most months, we'll update our Finds of the Month Pics, found under the Photos & Finds links above, and expand and include pictures, links and other features of interest to the metal detecting community in general. If you have an idea for a feature you'd like to see on our site, let us know at our club meeting, or you can email suggestions to the webmaster.

Thanks for Attending this Year's Open Hunt
Hope To See You Next Year!!

Our next regular meeting is our August MEETING to be held Tuesday, August 26th, at 7:30 p.m. There's bound to be some interesting finds on the table from the members this month, including (as always) some nice beach finds. You can find out more about the annual open night competition hunt at our club meeting. Never been to a meeting before? Feel free to drop by and learn!

D&F meets each month (except December) at the Grace Lutheran Church at 338 Ocean Shore Blvd. (A1A) in Ormond Beach located at the corner of A1A and Neptune Ave.

Guests always welcome. Please drop by and join us!

The Metal Detecting Code Of Ethics

1. Fill in & manicure holes (yes, even on the beach). Leave land & vegetation as you found it.
2. Remove all trash and litter when we leave.
3. Respect the rights and property of others. NO trespassing!
4. Observe all laws, whether National, State or Local.
5. Aid Law Enforcement officials whenever possible.
6. Never destroy priceless Historical/Archeological Treasures.
7. All Metal Detectorists may be judged by the example we set. Always conduct yourself with courtesy and consideration for others.
